The Centre for Teacher Education and Specialist Didactics (ZLF) is managed by the ZLF Board and the collegial management team in collaboration with the office. The ZLF plenum meets once a semester and is available to answer questions about teacher training.
The ZLF is a central academic institution of the University of Passau and coordinates all questions and tasks related to teacher training.
The ZLF's work focuses on the motto ‘Science for Practice’ and is organised in nine departments dedicated to the interweaving of theory and practice as well as the University's diverse collaborations with schools in the administrative district.
