If you are enrolled in a teacher training or education degree program at the University of Passau, you can obtain a BAföG certificate of achievement (Form 5) from the Teacher Training Program Coordination Office at the ZLF. You will receive a positive Form 5 if you can prove that you have sufficient ECTS credit points for the standard period of study; after the 4th semester, this should be at least 100 ECTS credit points.
During the semester break, the study program coordination office is not staffed at all times. If you require a signature at this time, please contact us in advance by e-mail (stuko.lehramt@uni-passau.de).
Make sure that your ECTS credits for the teaching degree Realschule and Lehramt Gymnasium are completed in both subjects and, if possible, are distributed more or less equally across all subject areas. If you are receiving BAföG, it is NOT possible for you to study one subject first and then the second subject later, as otherwise Form 5 cannot be issued for the second subject and you can no longer receive BAföG.

Lines 12 to 20 will be completed by us as your assessors.
If you are studying to become a secondary school teacher, a grammar school teacher or a Bachelor of Education, you must complete Form 5 twice. You must complete one form for each of your subjects - i.e. two forms if you are studying two subjects.
