Im Rahmen des SMiLE-Projekts werden Herausforderungen, Erfahrungen und Möglichkeiten der internationalen Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Mathematik vorgestellt, die sowohl für Lehrer als auch für Schüler von Interesse sind. Der Fokus liegt zunächst auf der dynamischen Geometriesoftware GeoGebra, die auf mobilen Geräten kostenlos vielfältige Möglichkeiten bietet und so in einen attraktiven und modernen Mathematikunterricht integriert werden kann. Angesichts der sehr unterschiedlichen sozio-kulturellen und organisatorischen Bedingungen in den beteiligten Ländern lohnt sich ein vergleichender Blick auf die Erfahrungen mit GeoGebra. Zusätzlich wird das aktuelle Kooperationsprojekt von Didaktik und Mathematik, Digital Interactive Mathematical Maps, vorgestell.

The project SMiLE - 'Smartphone Math Apps in Learning Environments' in the international context of global.trex Passau (Lehramt.international).
Within the SMiLE project, challenges, experiences, and opportunities of international collaboration in the field of mathematics are presented, which are of interest to both teachers and students. Initially, the focus is on the dynamic geometry software GeoGebra, which offers various possibilities on mobile devices for free and can thus be integrated into an attractive and modern mathematics curriculum. Given the very different socio-cultural and organizational conditions in the participating countries, a comparative look at experiences with GeoGebra is worthwhile. Additionally, the current collaboration project of didactics and mathematics, Digital Interactive Mathematical Maps, is introduced.
The lecture should be of particular interest to future (and current) educators of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) subjects, who are interested in looking beyond their national school context.
